Sexual Offenses - Physical Resistance Not Required

Synopsis:

Providing that evidence of physical resistance by the victim is not required to prove that a crime under the Sexual Crimes subtitle was committed; providing that nothing in the definition of force shall be construed to affect the admissibility of evidence that a victim did physically resist.
