Unemployment Insurance - State Unemployment Tax Avoidance

Synopsis:

Providing for the determination of specified unemployment insurance experience rates for specified successor employers; providing that if the Secretary of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation determines that specified transfers occurred for the sole or primary purpose of obtaining lower contribution rates, the experience rating accounts shall be combined and the employing units shall be subject to specified penalties; altering a specified definition; etc.
