Synopsis:

Requiring the Insurance Commissioner and the Motor Vehicle Administration to verify that specified taxes and unemployment insurance contributions have been paid before renewing specified licenses and registrations; altering withholding rates; authorizing reciprocal tax refund and vendor payment interception between the State and local subdivisions; altering circumstances under which an employer is required to limit an employee's withholding exemptions; altering the vendor credit under the sales and use tax; etc.
