Synopsis:

Repealing specified State aid to specified counties; altering appropriations the Governor is required to include in the annual budget for specified purposes; altering the county share of costs for educating specified students; requiring the Governor to include an appropriation for a specified scholarship program; repealing specified scholarship programs; altering specified requirements relating to specified studies; extending the duration of the Senior Prescription Drug Program; etc.
