Drunk and Drugged Driving - Prior Convictions - Penalties and Probation Before Judgment

Synopsis:

Extending the time period during which a court is prohibited from staying the entry of a judgment and placing a person on probation for a subsequent violation of specified alcohol- or drug-related driving offenses if the person previously was convicted of or placed on probation for specified alcohol- or drug-related driving offenses.
