Criminal Law - Bribery of a Public Official - Testimonial Immunity and Public Employees

Synopsis:

Expanding the category of persons considered to be public employees for purposes of specified prohibitions against bribery; clarifying that a person who is compelled to testify for a specified purpose has a specified immunity from prosecution; defining the term "political subdivision"; and altering the definition of the term "public employee".
