Cecil County - Solicitation of Money or Donations from Occupants of Vehicles - Prohibitions and Exceptions

Synopsis:

Prohibiting, in Cecil County, a person from standing, or causing, encouraging, allowing, or petitioning another to stand, in a roadway, median divider, or intersection to solicit money or donations from the occupant of a vehicle, subject to a specified exception; authorizing the County Commissioners of Cecil County or the governing body of a municipal corporation in Cecil County to enact a permit program to allow specified individuals or representatives of specified organizations to solicit donations in a specified manner; etc.
