Synopsis:

In Carroll County, authorizing religious organizations that meet the requirements of an excluded organization under specified provisions of law to sell homemade fruit jellies, jams, and preserves made from specified fruits, fruit butters made from specified fruits, and fruit pies made from specified fruits if the food offered for sale or sold is produced at the organization and meets health and safety standards adopted by the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.
