State Retirement and Pension System - Optional Retirement Allowances - Designated Beneficiaries

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a member of the State Retirement and Pension System who elects to receive Option 2 or 5 as an optional form of retirement allowance from designating a beneficiary who is more than 10 years younger than the member; repealing Option 7 as an optional form of retirement allowance; and providing for the application of the Act.
