Synopsis:

Increasing specified home builder registration and renewal fees; requiring the Consumer Protection Division of the Office of the Attorney General to establish a Home Builder Guaranty Fund; requiring the Division to maintain the Guaranty Fund at a specified monetary level, deposit specified money into the Guaranty Fund, and administer the Guaranty Fund; establishing a custodian of the Guaranty Fund; requiring that specified administrative costs of the Guaranty Fund be paid from a specified fund; etc.
