Water Quality Improvement Project
Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $250,000, the
proceeds to be used as a grant to the Mayor and Town Council of
Chesapeake Beach for conducting investigations of sites for land,
systems engineering, and costs studies for a water quality improvement
project within the Town of Chesapeake Beach, located in Calvert
County; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a
requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; etc.
