proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of Leadership
Through Athletics, Inc. for the planning, design, construction, and
capital equipping of a gymnasium for sports and civic events,
including a parking lot and development of the site to include
landscaping, located in Lansdowne; providing for disbursement of the
loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and
expend a matching fund; etc.
