Vehicle Laws - Drunk Driving Penalties - High Alcohol Concentration - Mandatory Ignition Interlock System

Synopsis:

Requiring a court to prohibit a person convicted of, or granted probation for, specified alcohol-related driving offenses from operating a motor vehicle that is not equipped with an ignition interlock system for at least 1 year if the person, at the time of the offense, took a test that indicated that the alcohol concentration level of the person's blood or breath was at least 0.15; etc.
