Synopsis:

Authorizing an Association Health Benefit Plan as a health benefit plan for the association market; specifying the persons to which an association may offer an Association Health Benefit Plan; establishing requirements that a health insurance carrier must meet before the carrier may sell an Association Health Benefit Plan; authorizing an Association Health Benefit Plan to exclude specified health care services, benefits, coverages, or reimbursements; etc.
