Requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration to develop and make available a registration plate honoring Mountain Maryland; specifying the vehicles that are eligible for the registration plate; requiring the owner of a vehicle issued the registration plate to pay specified fees; providing for the distribution of the additional fee; requiring the Administration to consult with the Greater Allegany Business Foundation and the Garrett County Economic Development Corporation on specified matters; etc.
