Prohibiting a person from knowingly recruiting, enticing, harboring, transporting, providing, or obtaining or attempting to recruit, entice, harbor, transport, provide or obtain another person for a commercial sex act, a sexually explicit performance, labor, or services by specified means; establishing a statute of limitations for a specified civil action; providing for the delayed commencement of a specified statute of limitations under certain circumstances; etc.
