Synopsis:

Authorizing the State Highway Administration to issue an exceptional hauling permit valid in Allegany County and Garrett County for a combination of vehicles that carries specified forestry products and has an axle configuration that meets specified requirements; requiring a specified combination of vehicles to comply with specified weight limits; requiring a specified combination of vehicles, twice each year, to submit to and pass a specified inspection and be allowed only a specified load limit tolerance; etc.
