Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to conduct a study to determine the average cost of dispensing prescription drugs and the average cost of dispensing Medicaid prescriptions in this State; requiring the consideration of specified factors in determining the cost of dispensing Medicaid prescriptions; requiring the Department to issue a request for proposal in specified circumstances; etc.
