Department of Aging - Continuing Care Contracts

Synopsis:

Authorizing the exemption of specified continuing care providers from a requirement to submit a specified actuarial study to the Department of Aging; identifying circumstances under which the Department must disclose specified information; authorizing the Secretary of Aging to waive specified requirements for a continuing care provider in the process of decertifying; amending existing requirements related to changes in ownership or control of a continuing care provider or facility; etc.
