Vehicle Laws - Registration Fees - Discount for Seniors and Individuals with Disabilities

Synopsis:

Providing that for the renewal of a motor vehicle registration the annual registration fee shall be reduced by 50% for disabled individuals and individuals 70 years old or older if all owners of the vehicle meet specified requirements and the vehicle is driven less than 5,000 miles annually; providing that the registration fee reduction does not apply to the first issuance of a registration to the owner of a motor vehicle after title or interest transfers to that owner; etc.
