Public Education Bridge to Excellence and Public School Construction Act

Synopsis:

Authorizing the operation of video lottery terminals in the State; requiring the State Lottery Commission to regulate the operation of video lottery terminals; requiring the Governor to include up to $400,000,000 for funding public school construction and capital improvements in the budget from fiscal years 2008 through 2014; requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to establish regional centers and conduct a specified study regarding gambling; etc.
