Institutions of Higher Education - Transfer of Credits - Letter of Acknowledgment

Synopsis:

Requiring an institution of higher education that does not possess regional accreditation to require its students, except in specified circumstances, to sign a letter of acknowledgment that the transfer of credits may be difficult if the student intends to transfer the credits to an institution of higher education that is regionally accredited; requiring the institutions to keep the letters on file while the student attends the institution and for 2 years or more after the student completes the course; etc.
