Health - General - Residential Treatment Centers - Required Notice

Synopsis:

Requiring residential treatment centers to attempt to notify residents and their representatives, family members, legal guardians, or custodians of a change in condition, an adverse event, and corrective action within 24 hours of an occurrence; authorizing specified individuals to send a specified reponse to specified residential treatment centers; etc.
