Community and Recreation Centers - Drug-Free Zones

Synopsis:

Creating drug-free zones within 1,000 feet of community and recreation centers; making the felony of manufacturing, dispensing, distributing, or possessing with intent to distribute specified controlled dangerous substances or conspiring to commit these offenses extend to specified drug-free zones; providing specified penalties; authorizing counties and municipal corporations to post signs designating specified areas as drug-free zones; etc.
