Synopsis:

Requiring the State Department of Education, in collaboration with the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, to provide awareness and training for specified individuals on self-mutilation; and requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to provide the State Department of Education specified information and materials on self- mutilation.
