Synopsis:

Providing for a credit against the State income tax for the purchase of motorized shopping carts for use by individuals with disabilities under specified conditions; providing for limitations of the number of credits that may be claimed for each business location during the taxable year; providing that the credit may not exceed the lesser of $1,000 or the State income tax for that taxable year and that any unused credit may be carried over to another taxable year; etc.
