Synopsis:

Establishing a Chesapeake Bay 2010 Trust Fund in the Department of Natural Resources to provide financial assistance for the restoration of the Chesapeake Bay and its tributaries; providing that the Fund consists of money appropriated in the State budget to the Fund; providing for the management of the Fund; providing that the Fund may be used only for specified purposes; etc..
