Maryland Health Care Provider Rate Stabilization Fund - Allocations to and
Disbursements from the Medical Assistance Program Account
Altering the allocation by the Maryland Insurance Commissioner of
specified revenue in the Maryland Health Care Provider Rate
Stabilization Fund to the Medical Assistance Program Account;
requiring the Commissioner to allocate up to $300,000 in the Fund to
the Office of the Comptroller in specified years for a specified
purpose; providing that specified revenue in the Fund after fiscal
year 2011 shall accrue to the Medical Assistance Program Account;
declaring the intent of the General Assembly; etc.
