Insurance Producers - Licensing Requirements

Synopsis:

Authorizing the Maryland Insurance Commissioner to waive specified requirements for an insurance producer license for applicants who have been conferred specified professional designations; altering the number of hours of continuing education that an insurance producer is required to receive in a renewal period; requiring an insurance producer to receive a specified number of hours of continuing education in ethics for each renewal period; etc.
