Maryland Trauma Physician Services Fund - Reimbursement and Grants

Synopsis:

Requiring specified costs incurred by specified trauma centers to maintain specified surgeons on-call to be reimbursed from the Maryland Trauma Physicians Services Fund at a specified rate under specified circumstances; specifying the maximum number of hours that specified trauma centers are eligible per year for reimbursement; increasing a cap on reimbursement from the Fund to specified physicians; etc.
