Activities
Requiring the Board for the Injured Workers' Insurance Fund to conduct
procurement activities identical to and consistent with specified
minority business enterprise purchasing standards applicable to State
government agencies; specifying that the Fund is subject to specified
provisions of State law; and requiring the Board to submit in its
annual report to the Governor specified data regarding minority
business enterprise procurement activities.
