Creation of a State Debt - Prince George's County - CASA Multi-Cultural Service Center

Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $500,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of CASA of Maryland, Inc. for the planning, design, construction, and repair of water, sewer, and road improvements associated with the renovation of McCormick-Goodhart Mansion, which will be used as the CASA Multi- Cultural Service Center, located in Langley Park; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; etc.
