Synopsis:

Authorizing parents or guardians of multiple-birth children to request the classroom placement of their children under specified circumstances; applying the Act to children entering kindergarten through second grade; requiring a parent or guardian to make a request in a specified period of time; authorizing a principal to determine a classroom placement under specified circumstances; prohibiting boards of education from adopting a specified policy; etc.
