Frederick County - Pay-As-You-Throw Pilot Program

Synopsis:

Authorizing the Board of County Commissioners for Frederick County to enact a pilot program under which a solid waste hauler charges a resident a fee for curbside collection based on the volume of the solid waste collected; and providing that the pilot program may occur in a municipal corporation only on approval of the governing body of the municipal corporation.
