Real Property - Effect of Deed Granting Property from Trust or Estate

Synopsis:

Providing that a grant of property by deed from a trust has the same effect as if the grantee had received the property from the trustee under specified circumstances; providing that a grant of property by deed from an estate has the same effect as if the grantee had received the property from the personal representative of the estate under specified circumstances; providing for the application of the Act; etc.
