Solid Waste Management - Recycling and Source Reduction - Study

Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of the Environment, in consultation with specified persons, to conduct a specified study to evaluate solid waste processes that reduce the solid waste stream through specified methods and to submit reports to the General Assembly on or before December 15, 2010.
