Distribution of Tobacco-Related Products to Minors - Enforcement

Synopsis:

Prohibiting the distribution by specified persons of specified tobacco products, cigarette rolling papers, and tobacco-related coupons to minors; establishing a specified defense in an action for a specified violation; requiring a specified person distributing specified tobacco-related products to verify a prospective purchaser's or recipient's age by means of a specified examination of specified photo identification, except under specified circumstances; providing that a violation of the Act is a civil infraction; etc.
