the provisions of the Maryland Program Evaluation Act (sunset law) by
extending to July 1, 2023, the termination provisions relating to the

State Board to adopt regulations to establish continuing education
requirements; conditioning the ability to renew a specified license on
compliance with specified continuing education requirements; etc.
