Altering the requirements for specified continuing care retirement community renewal applications; altering the information required to be contained in a specified disclosure statement; altering the required membership of the governing body of specified continuing care providers; requiring specified continuing care providers to make available specified documents to specified persons; altering the requirements for a specified grievance procedure; etc.
