Synopsis:

Requiring each county board to develop a charter school policy that is consistent with specified regulations, includes specified criteria, is reviewed and approved by the State Board, and is available on the State Board's Web site; requiring the State Board to adopt regulations that establish criteria, guidelines, and procedures regarding public charter schools; etc.
