Renewable Energy Portfolio Standard - Sale or Transfer of Solar Renewable
Energy Credits - Minimum Required Term
Providing that a specified minimum required term for specified
contracts between an electricity supplier and a renewable on-site
generator involving the sale or transfer of solar renewable energy
credits applies only to contracts with an on-site generator that
exceeds a specified capacity.
