Real Estate Settlements - Paying or Receiving Consideration - Penalties

Synopsis:

Providing that persons who violate a specified provision of law prohibiting paying or receiving consideration in connection with real estate settlements may be subject to disciplinary action; authorizing specified licensing authorities to take disciplinary action against specified licensees; etc.
