Creation of a State Debt - Baltimore City - Arch Social Club Historic Site Restoration

Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt in the amount of $118,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Trustees of the Arch Social Club, Inc. for the planning, design, construction, repair, renovation, and reconstruction of the Arch Social Club Historic Site, located in Baltimore; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; requiring the grantee to grant and convey a specified easement to the Maryland Historical Trust; etc.
