Creation of a State Debt - Frederick County - Downtown Frederick Hotel and
Conference Center
Authorizing the creation of a State Debt in the amount of $500,000,
the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Mayor and Board of Aldermen
of the City of Frederick for the acquisition, planning, and design of
the Downtown Frederick Hotel and Conference Center; providing for
disbursement of the loan proceeds; requiring the grantee to grant and
convey an easement to the Maryland Historical Trust; establishing a
deadline for the encumbrance or expenditure of the loan proceeds; etc.
