§32–301.

    (a)    In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

    (b)    “Dispensary” means a store established and maintained by the Liquor Control Board for the sale of alcoholic beverages.

    (c)    “Liquor Control Board” means the Liquor Control Board for the county.
