§3–204.

    (a)    A majority of the authorized membership of the Board is a quorum.

    (b)    The Board shall determine the times and places of its meetings and hearings.

    (c)    A member of the Board:

        (1)    may not receive compensation; but

        (2)    is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget.

    (d)    (1)    The Board may employ a staff in accordance with the State budget.

        (2)    The Board may require the staff to be covered by a surety bond or an insurance policy of the type and in the amount of coverage determined by the State Treasurer under § 5–108 of the State Government Article.
