§13–5601.    IN EFFECT

    (a)    In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

    (b)    “AHEAD Model” means the States Advancing All–Payer Health Equity Approaches and Development Model administered by the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation.

    (c)    “Fund” means the Population Health Improvement Fund.

    (d)    “Statewide health equity plan” means the equity plan required under the AHEAD Model State Agreement with the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
