§24–2101.
(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.
(b) “Alternative therapies” includes hyperbaric oxygen therapy and psychedelics including 3,4–Methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA), psilocybin, and ketamine.
(c) “Fund” means the Post–Traumatic Stress Disorder and Traumatic Brain Injury Alternative Therapies Fund.
