Article - Housing and Community Development
§4–2101.
(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.
(b) “Continuum of Care” means a regional or local planning body that coordinates housing and services funding for homeless families and individuals.
(c) “Council” means the Interagency Council on Homelessness.
