§4–2105.

    (a)    A majority of the members then serving on the Council is a quorum.

    (b)    The Council shall determine the times and places of its meetings.

    (c)    A member of the Council:

        (1)    may not receive compensation as a member of the Council; but

        (2)    is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget.
